Well, Winx 4 Life now has a brand new layout - featuring the Winx in their Enchantix! You could consider it a belated b-day present for you, Ella. ^^ Hope you like it! (I have the layouts for the two new pages as well, but posting them will be a little more belated.)
Rainbow Clears Up 'Keisha' Mystery
This post could also be called "Ella-Needs-To-Stop-Spending-Too-Much-Time-Over-At-The-Old-Haunt-And-Get-Back-To-The-Winx!" Okay, just kidding here.
Anyways as posted over at Believe In Winx, have even more news from Rainbow! Here is their post!
"OMG!!!!I just found from Rainbow that Keisha was a typo! When Viacom press released it, they accidently typed her name wrong! Turns out it was actually ment to be Aisha! Thank goodness (for no new girls)
But Keke will have a role..but of Layla, this gives us a hint of what season 5 would be like... Either it will mostly be about Layla or it is possible that there will be big nickelodeon stars doing the voices from seasons 4-6 ... or it could be a little role for her since she has so much going on in 2012...But we will have to wait till fall . To see if it true"
Okay, so we basically had a fan war, over a typo? (Palm, face). Mamma Mia! If you ask me I really do think we will see more Nick stars voicing the Winx and friends. To help bring fans into the show, who they may or may not be. Well not even I know that. And wait, fall? It's going to be a very long year Winx fans!

Haha, random title, I know - but I know many of us have been a little worried as to where Rainbow is going over the next couple years. Variety has posted a reassuring article about our favourite show! Thanks to Una di Noi for posting about this first. Full post is here.
Here are the snippets that I found interesting and/or reassuring. Bolded words are my comments.
Viacom's first indication that it had found an important partner in Rainbow might well have been that as soon as the initial deal was signed, it set off a flurry of auctions for merchandising rights to Winx toys, clothes and books, especially in the U.S. The partnership was announced in February - and I haven't seen any Winx merchandise in stores yet. =/ Could this mean rights have been bought, but production hasn't started yet?
Rainbow has always made a major effort to create properties that lend themselves to merchandising "because we had to, in order to survive and grow," Straffi says. Just goes to show that he cares where Winx is headed.
But, unlike Pixar, don't expect Straffi to sell outright anytime soon, though a flotation is "possible in a few years with me still at the helm," he says. There you go :D Mr. Straffi plans to be in full control of his series for as long as possible. ^^
Straffi is also looking forward to the May 25 opening of his Rome theme park, Magic Land, comprising attractions based on Rainbow's properties such as "Pop Pixie," "Monster Allergy" and, of course, the Winx. AWESOME! I didn't know Rainbow Magic Land was opening so soon! How exciting!
So yeah, looks like Winx Club's future is still looking bright! I don't know about you, but this makes me more eager for season 5 to come out! ^^

Fanmade season 5 transformation.... real? (Truth or rumor?)
A lot of people already know Tata's amazing fan-made transformation - Flyrix, and about half or more percent of people who have seen it know it's fanmade. But I've heard that Igino Straffi saw it and wants to buy the rights to it! Could this be true? Could this be the REAL season 5 transformation? Only time will tell.
I really hope it's true, but If it is, I hope he will downsize the wings a bit and fix Flora's skirt.
But even if this is true, Roxy is only at her Magic Winx! How will she get that transformation? Will they keep her at her Magic Winx? Skip her 5 transformations? Will she earn her Charmix, Enchantix, Believix, Sophix, and Lovix plus this tranaformation in one whole season? What do you think? True or not? If true, what will Roxy do?

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Even if you don't celebrate, or have a boyfriend/girlfriend this year I hope it is a great day for you all!

Viacom Take Stake In Rainbow
Full Credit has to go to OP from Una di Noi and Winx-Fairies on this big-big news. Information from

All I can say is wow, I really didn't see this coming at all. Now it seems the Winx has a bit of an uncertain future, on a side note it has been found out that Viacom wanted to buy all of Rainbow; but Iginio Straffi wouldn't let that happen.
A lot of fans have had mixed recations back with Nick and Rainbow team up was announched this past summer. Now I myself am becoming worried, for both Rainbow and the Winx Club. All I can say is, that I truly hope we don't losse the WInx that we have all grown to love over the past years.

Viacom takes stake in Rainbow
Italo toon house produces 'Winx Club' franchise
By Nick Vivarelli
ROME -- Viacom has acquired a minority stake in Italian animation company Rainbow Group, maker of globally distributed "Winx Club" kiddie TV franchise, in a move that will propel the expansion of the ambitious privately owned studio and boost its bridgehead toward U.S. auds.
Founded in 1995 by former comicbook artist Iginio Straffi, Rainbow is an Italian success story largely thanks to his "Winx," six trendy teenage fairies designed with a style that mixes of Japanese manga and classic Western animation, that have bewitched millions of tween girls in more than 130 countries.
Last year, Viacom's Nikelodeon and Rainbow announced a global content-based partnership centered around "Winx Club" under which Nickelodeon secured TV and merchandising rights in the U.S. and pay TV rights for Latin America, Canada, U.K., and several other territories.
That partnership now expands to co-development and co-production of seasons five and six of "Winx Club," and to two existing theatrical "Winx" movie titles, CGI feature "Winx Club: The Secret of the Lost Kingdom" and "Winx Club 3D: Magic Adventure," which are now likely to be released Stateside via Paramount.
Neither financial terms nor the entity of the Viacom stake were disclosed.
According to Italian financial daily Il Sole 24 Ore, the Viacom stake in Rainbow is said to amount to 30%, allowing Straffi to stay in full control, with plans for a Rainbow Group flotation to follow.
Rainbow, which is based in the small central Italian city of Loreto, with a production outpost in Singapore, also makes the series "Tommy and Oscar," "Prezzy," "Monster Allergy" and, most recently, "Huntik Secrets and Seekers."
The group, which has emulated the Disney model, on a much smaller scale, also has a Rome theme park, called MagicLand, in the works based on the "Winx" franchise and other Rainbow properties.
