Lately, here at Winx 4 Life we have had a few issues with out chatango chatbox. Members getting wrongfully banned, so to fix that I have added a new chatbox, one from Chatroll to the site.
The new Chatroll chat box allows users to sign in with their facebook or twitter accounts, making it harder to impostor a person. As of now, the new chatbox is just getting a test run, the old chatbox is still on the site. I want to see how the new one works and decided from there what one will remain on the site.

It's annoying because anytime I come on this page, if people are chatting, I here an annoying beep, and I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to turn it off. This wasn't a problem before because the chatango box would save the audio setting, but the new one turns the sound back on every time I get on here. Extremely irritating.
Maybe you should try the rumbletalk chat, it has facebook login and much more. And you can also custom the chat to look exactly like your website.
